As promised I am attaching some photos of our daughter's wedding in September. We were really grateful for the
umbrellas as it rained. We had had perfect weather up until the Friday, then it rained nearly all day on the Saturday.
It did not spoil the day, however, and the umbrellas kept us dry. Let me know if these photos reach you as I am a

Shipping customized umbrellas around the world since 1994
*Customer pays freight costs. Shipping charges vary depending on destination and quantity shipped.
Shipping to Canada will be via UPS or US Post Office. The customer is responsible for custom and
duty fees outside the United States. There is a 30% return fee. This fee covers the shipping services
of removing umbrellas from inventory, the shipping box, boxing the umbrellas and shipping. This also
covers the return services of removing the umbrellas from shipped box, checking umbrellas and restocking.
The umbrellas must be returned unopened and unused within 30 days of the invoice date.
RETURN POLICY

Your satisfaction is always our top priority! We continually strive to make the return process as easy and hassle-free for our customers as possible. Please be sure to follow the instructions indicated below.
Return Period & Cost
Please check your order/s carefully and notify us immediately if there is a mistake, shortage, incorrect items or defective merchandise. All merchandise purchased from www.golfumbrella.com must be returned within 15 days of the purchase date at the customer’s expense. All refunds will be processed and a check will be written within 5 business days from the date of the merchandise arrival to RainGames USA.
Return Condition
Items must be returned in NEW (unused, untested, and resalable) condition. Items that have been used by the customer or items that have been damaged by use cannot be returned to us. (Exception: the item has a manufacturing defect.) If a used product is sent back to us as a return, it will be refused or no refund will be processed on that item. Also, any order in the amount of $500 or more is considered a final sale.
Restocking Fees:
There is a 30% restocking fee for returns of unopened, unused, and untested items returned within 30 days. This means that an item must be in new condition and with a Return Authorization Number to be returned to our stock. We do not sell used items. The restocking fee will not apply on manufacturing defects or our fulfillment error.
Note: We do not accept returns after 15 days of purchase. We do not credit shipping cost to or from the customer.
Return Instructions:
Please call our toll free number 800-931-3609 or email jwaycock@golfumbrella.com to receive a Return Authorization Number before returning your product. Once you have received your Return Authorization, please be sure to include a copy of your packing slip or invoice with the return. Pack the shipment well & send with postage or freight prepaid via UPS, FedEx, or the U.S. Postal Service to the address below. Insure the package (at your expense) for your protection if deemed necessary. Send all authorized returns to:
